BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

PREPARATION 

Please ensure your hair is washed with shampoo only, either the night before or on the day of your appointment. Remember, no conditioner or any other hair products. 
You're welcome to have your hair washed at the studio but it will incur $25 fee and will add extra 30 minutes to your service. 

24-HOUR POLICY 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment.

If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
If you're feeling unwell, especially with cold or flu symptoms, please reschedule for a later date. 

LATE POLICY 

To respect the time of other clients, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive 20 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and will need to reschedule. 

NO-SHOW POLICY 

If you do not show up for an appointment, you will unfortunately be black listed for making any future appointments.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES 

If a stylist becomes unavailable due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly, though rescheduling may be necessary without additional fees. 

METHODS OF PAYMENT 

While we do offer EFTPOS facilities for convenience, please be aware that EFTPOS payments will incur a 1.6% card surcharge. 
We have other forms of payment such as cash, PayID or Afterpay for your transactions. 
We appreciate your cooperation and support in choosing alternative payment methods whenever possible. Thank you for your understanding!
