Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you may be charged a cancellation fee for the missed appointment.

Refund Policy

Peach Brazilian Keratin has a ‘No Refund’ policy on purchases if you simply change your mind.

All treatments and services are Non-Refundable.

Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Gift Card Policy

When purchasing a Gift Card from Peach Brazilian Keratin certainly adheres to the following terms and conditions:

• Both our physical and digital Gift Cards have no expiry date. You can redeem at any time.

• Gift Cards CANNOT be redeemed for cash.

• Gift Cards CANNOT be:

  • returned for a refund

  • transferred for another person

  • transfer any remaining balances onto a new gift card.

• Lost, Stolen or Damaged Gift Cards cannot be replaced.

• Photo ID may be required to purchase a gift card.

Technical Faults Or Emergency

Our objective is to provide the best service to our clients, however in some instance there is unavoidable circumstance happens that is not limited to technical faults, equipment failure or any other emergency situation where appointments may be delayed, cancelled or rescheduled, in that case will provide as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule appointments where possible.

However, Peach Brazilian Keratin has all the rights to cancel or reschedule appointments without any notice period given.
